Niccolle joins our team with over 9 years of dental experience. She started her dental career as a dental assistant in Florida before moving to Bellingham. She is passionate about all our patients leaving our office truly understanding their dental needs and having a great customer service experience which is easy with our amazing team! When not working she is busy with her 3 sons.

Miquette graduated for BTC as a dental assistant in 2016 and has been in the field ever sense. When she is not at work she enjoys kayaking, gardening, and sailing with her family and golden doodle pup.

Jess is originally from California, and has her Bachelors degree in Biology. She is passionate about making connections with patients and ensuring that each person leaves feeling confident and comfortable. When she is not working, she loves to travel and spend time with her nieces and nephew.

Ethan has been assisting with Dr. Clarkman for many years even before working together at Roots. When Ethan is not at work he enjoys spending time with his son.

Vanessa graduated from BTC and loves being a dental hygienist. She takes pride in alleviating patients' dental anxiety by offering a comforting presence. With a passion for oral health, she excels in delivering gentle yet thorough cleanings, ensuring each patient receives personalized care for a brighter smile. Outside if the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids, and her many animals on their hobby farm in Bow.

Shannon is a BTC graduate and has lived her whole life in Lynden. When she is not working she enjoys going on walks with her dog Mya and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Izzie is currently an assistant with us but she has decided to further advance her career in the dental field to be come a hygienist. When not working or in school she enjoys spending time with her super cute pup Sage. She also enjoys hiking, fishing, kayaking, and anything else outdoors with her husband.

Jenn grew up in Ferndale and has been in the dental feild for 9 years. She has a wealth on knowledge in insurance coordinating. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with  her husband and daughter. She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her animals on her farm.

Amia has a background in dental assisting as well as front office. She grew up in Arkansas but have been in Bellingham since 2011. She is a BTC graduate. When not working she loves spending time with her two kitties, and traveling.
